WAHOO!!!

I am done with another week of fame, and I had a good one.

I accomplished a lot, and enough to tell myself I did something with my life this week.

I received advisement from an education major, and I am very excited about my future at Georgia Perimeter, but especially my future after that! I finally got financial aid stuff done for this year and the deadline is April 1st, so I am on top of that. Last year with my financial aid, I think I turned that in the week after I graduated from high school which was a month after the due date. I was just reimbursed for everything a month ago from that. I learned my lesson on the secrets of financial aid!

I have been going down memory lane a lot lately. I miss my high school buddies. I see some of them daily, but others I just get to talk to online or on the phone, and it just isn't the same. I am very grateful that I did move on though. I saw a video that a current senior posted on Facebook, and teachers were doing the Cupid Shuffle at the Pep Rally! I mean... I know that sounds lame, but how interesting my days at DHS were, it was amazing. Plus, some friends of mine are just posting graduation pictures up and also pictures from Senior's Last Blast which was so much fun. It was a lockdown in the gym the night of our graduation, and it was just funny seeing how dilirious everybody looked by the end of the night, which was 6 a.m.! Plus most of us probably didn't sleep the night before because of our adrenaline of graduating. See how I am just going back? I miss them so much, but at the same time, I can't imagine myself anywhere else but moving forward.

Work was annoying today. Bill (my coworker and "roomie") told me today that he will not be able to move a scanner off my desk which takes over 75% of my desk. I have no office space, and I think today it just rubbed me the wrong way. I have noticed that over the last couple of weeks that work has been feeling like eternity until I leave. I have been told that means that I don't like it anymore, or I am getting really bored with it. I would you feel if all you did all day was open envelopes and stuff them. That is my job, but it is a killer position for my amount of experience, and my age! I am the youngest employee there, and I love it... ATTENTION!! Plus, there are like 6 coworkers that live in my neighborhood, so it's not like I don't know anybody there. Great opportunity!

That's my venting for the day.... only 6 more days until Spring Break!!! WAHOO!!!!!
