This week has been somewhat boring, and I don't see it changing anytime soon.
I worked on my paper like crazy the first couple of days of the week.... omg.... there was one day I spent around 4 hours at Borders. I was almost delirious by the end of the paper. I have yet to get the grade on that. I turned it in 1 day earlier than the early turn in date was, so I felt "special".
Wednesday of this week... I decided to go collect some unemployment. My mom is the only person in the household that is still employed, so it's hard around this house. I have never asked for money from my parents in regards to my personal stuff at least in the past 3 years. I have paid for my gas, part of my car insurance, and a little bit of rent around the house to help out. Then of course... I have to save some money for some fun stuff that I don't need. lol. Anyhow, collecting that unemployment was like an all day task! It wasn't an awful process or anything, but it was just stupid. Towards the end of it I saw a familiar face walk in the door. It was one of my ex-coworkers who also got laid off the day that I did. She was the NICEST lady I have ever met, and she had the best attitude in the whole office on life. I loved her SO much! I never got to say "goodbye" to her at work since I just wanted to hide in my office, and not say a word, and just do my work before I left. Every time somebody wanted to apologize to me, or say goodbye, I just broke down. Anyhow, I was in the middle of orientation when we finally got to see each other. She hugged me so hard, and I apologized for what happened. Her story is a lot harder than mine, so I should feel blessed. We talked for a few minutes, and then exchanged information. Then we finally got to say goodbye.
On Thursday, I babysat the Taylor girls for the day. Heather needed to get birthday party stuff for Olivia's b-day, so I offered to watch the girls. Then Thursday, I came home for the day, and saw a note on my computer. Pet sit Susie's dogs this weekend for $$$. I was like cha-ching! Yeah. Plus I am petsitting Heather's dogs next week... more $$$. lol. I'll be good to go for a long time!!!
This weekend was not very memorable. Friday I watched Flight 93.... deep movie! Saturday was pool day, and right now... NOTHING at the moment. I am SO bored, but don't want to do much so I might just chill here.
