Guess what???

Guess what???

I passed all of my exams including the COMPASS placement test, which means all of my courses now are college accredited. Previously, I was taking a couple of classes called Learning Support, which meant remedial. It was not that I did not get the credit in high school, it's just that I just wasn't quite ready for that particular college level course, so they wanted me to take a couple of extra support classes. I took 3 of them, and now I am done!!! One I actually had to repeat which was ridiculous, but whatever... I am done!

Now I have a three week break until my summer semester starts, and I start learning some HISTORY! That's right, World History! I don't remember a thing about World History in high school so this will all be very interesting. It's all memorization though, so I think it will be ok.

Also, I have started talking to another LP who is majoring in Special Education too. We are having the same issues, but we are going to keep in touch throughout this whole process, and keep our heads up high. I am sooo excited. Her state is a lot different than Georgia in the regards to terminology for Special Education teachers and different levels.

That's all for now. I am going to enjoy my three week break while it lasts, and then start cracking on the books. Work is in my schedule and that's about it. Maybe a few high school baseball games in there somewhere, but we will see how far we go in the championships and stuff.

I am off to go shopping for some baby stuff for my neighbor. They had the CUTEST baby.... Sebastian! Does that name sound familiar?? Hermit crabs?? I didn't say that though.. I swear!
