Classes have really hit me hard this semester. I have yet to look at any of my bad grades. HA! The classes are definitely kick myself in the foot classes where I said I would never do this again, but I seriously have too. If I want to graduate... I really do!
Besides classes I have been working a little bit. Not much lately. Courtney has been out of town at go away camps, and I am hoping life back to normal later this week for us. I actually miss her! lol. On the family spectrum, I found out last night that my aunt and uncle are getting divorced. I was in their wedding a little over 10 years ago as their flower girl, and it really stinks. I loved my Uncle John.. he will always be my Uncle John, but when men do what they do, and that is cheat. It doesn't make it better to like him more. Oh well. My aunt came over last night to chill at our house, and I loved every moment of that. No kid with her, and no obnoxiously funny husband of hers!
I saw Ms. Nagel again the other day! I LOVED IT!!! We just got together and talked about life as usual. She is going to be a grandmother again. It didn't seem like she was TOO thrilled like last time, but I guess with the second grandchild... it's old news! lol. She didn't seem to want to emphasize that too much. We continued to talk about life. She talked about looking for jobs. One at a Special Education private academy as a substitute teacher. She said something about needing a favor from me in regards to that, but she told me that we'll talk later about that. I really wanted to know what favor was needed, but we continued to talk. I went a little crazy once I started talking about graduating next summer! I told her that it will be crazy, but I will definitely do it! I told her that I really want to go away some where, but at the same time, when I said where I was going.. there was an empty spot in my stomach. She was happy about my thought process with that. We talked about my family life, and how it was not SO hot! UGH! She tried to make me feel better by telling me that she does the same thing to her daughters and they react the same way. Basically... all this is normal. We finally get to her favor. She said that she got her resume together, and she has asked Ms. Stepney, former principal at DHS, and a couple of other teachers for recommendations, but she wanted a student's point of view! I was like oh boy what a FUN project this will be! Two days after given the assignment.... I finished, and sent it to her, and she LOVES it. She said she would hire herself with that letter attached to her! HAHA! I was SO happy to hear that, and I can't wait to print it out and give it to her. Then the project will be complete!!!
I am going to go study for the worst test of all that I need to pass!!! I hate that I didn't read the book, but for $8 I bought the study guide and stuff off BookRags.com! I hope it helps me! I do feel good though because I know I will not be the only one in this situation. There has to be more than one person that didn't read the book. Then tomorrow I have to study for Sociology, and then Tuesday, I have to study for U.S. History again!!!
